Firstly, for those whom do not understand what the US-Securities and Exchange Commission (US-SEC) does, please read this short paragraph and click the link if you require further information.

The SEC’s EDGAR database provides free public access to corporate information, allowing you to quickly research a company’s financial information and operations by reviewing registration statements, prospectuses and periodic reports filed on Forms 10-K and 10-Q. You also can find information about recent corporate events reported on Form 8-K but that a company does not have to disclose to investors.

This information titledResearching Public Companies Through EDGAR: A Guide for Investors” can be found  here directly on the US-Securities and Exchange Commission Website.

A quick search that took all of a few moments on their EDGAR system found the following:

The Extinction Protocol

January 26, 2013UNITED KINGDOMBritain could be on course for its third recession in four years after the economy shrank 0.3% in the last three months of 2012. The figures were worse than expected and could put pressure on the government to consider a “plan B” that would stimulate demand. A fall in manufacturing output dragged down the economy, countering a small rise in construction between October and December, according to the Office for National Statistics. The economy achieved zero growth for the year as a whole. Sterling dived on the news, reflecting fears the UK will lose its AAA credit rating and status as a haven economy, though the stock market shrugged off the news, remaining at a four-year high. George Osborne said he would not “run away” from the problems facing the UK economy: “We have a reminder today that Britain faces a…

TEP volcanoes
January 26, 2013EARTHBárdarbunga (Iceland): Earthquakes at shallow depths (around 5 km) continue at reduced rate. Reventador (Ecuador): Activity continues, but likely has becoming more intermittent judging from the seismic signal. Visual observations are most of the time impossible. In a special bulletin posted yesterday IGEPN summarizes the beginning of the new eruptive phase: Seismicity began to increase significantly on January 22. The same day, volcanologists received the first reports of sounds of explosions and rumblings heard. On the evening of 22 Jan, new explosive activity produced an ash-rich plume rising 1500 m above the crater, and a new lava flow was detected on the southeastern flank, with its length estimated about 1500 m and the flow front at 2600 m elevation. Volcanologists have also could see on photographs taken that day, that the lava dome from the previous eruptive phase had grown. Kizimen (Kamchatka, Russia): The…

Why murdering people for the chosen race of god is racist and insane.

Honestly are people in shock that there were suicide bombings after Israel demolished cities, displaced millions and murdered thousands, built an apartheid wall, and creates currently standing racial colonies? What other reaction would you expect?

But see when you omit the fact that there is an occupation, then all the events seem confusing. No one is confused as to why American troops are attacked in Iraq. The US invaded based on faked evidence, and continues to stay based on fear mongering propaganda. But Imagine how insane it would be to claim that the US was in Iraq for “defense.” the difference is, the US is not colonizing Iraq, just stealing its resources. Israel goes a step further like the US days of killing Indians, and is ethically cleansing Palestine.

I made this…

David Ward, MP for Bradford East

David Ward, MP for Bradford East
A British Liberal Democrat MP is to face axe from the party over criticisms about the Israeli regime’s violent treatment of Palestinians.

In an item posted on his website, David Ward accused “the Jews” in Israel of having failed to learn lessons from their persecution by the Nazis in World War II by continuing to “inflict atrocities” on Palestinian people “on a daily basis”.

However, the liberal Democrats “condemned” his comments, which were released ahead of Holocaust Memorial Day.

A Liberal Democrat spokesman said, “This is a matter we take extremely seriously. The Liberal Democrats deeply regret and condemn the statement issued by David Ward and his use of language which is unacceptable.”

But in an interview with Sky News, the Bradford East MP defended his remarks, saying they were “just a statement of fact”.

Is the fabled city of Timbuktu about to be rescued? Two weeks after France began bombing Islamic militant positions in northern Mali, columns of French and African armored vehicles snaking northward through the country are closing in on the ancient capital of the old Malian Empire, which has been ruled under harsh Shari‘a by militant Islamists since last spring.

That might seem like good news. But as the troops advance, the anxiety has risen among those who’ve spent years and millions of dollars trying to preserve the city’s centuries-old history. The fear, they say, is that if there is ground combat, once the forces arrive in Timbuktu, it could be as perilous to cultural treasures as the Islamists’ nine-month occupation. “Wherever you see military intervention, things are bound to get destroyed,” says Shamil Jeppie, director of the Timbuktu Manuscripts Project at the University of Cape Town, which has worked…

In direct reaction to Israel provoking the Al Aqsa Intifada, on October 19, 2000, the then United Nations Human Rights Commission (now Council) condemned Israel for inflicting “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” upon the Palestinian people, some of whom are Christians, but most of whom are Muslims.[i]

This Special Session of the U.N. Commission on Human Rights adopted the Resolution set forth in U.N. Document E/CN.4/S-5/L.2/Rev. 1, “Condemning the provocative visit to Al-Haram Al-Shariff on 28 September 2000 by Ariel Sharon, the Likud party leader, which triggered the tragic events that followed in occupied East Jerusalem and the other occupied Palestinian territories, resulting in a high number of deaths and injuries among Palestinian civilians.” The U.N. Human Rights Commission said it was “[g]ravely concerned” about several different types of atrocities inflicted by Israel upon the Palestinian people, which…

The Extinction Protocol

January 27, 2013–  HEALTHAn extremely virulent strain of Norovirus is spreading across the United States, and this on the heels of one of the worst influenza outbreaks our country has ever seen. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia, this newest strain of narrow virus, called GII.4 Sidney, was first discovered in Sydney, Australia in March 2012. In the United States, it is currently the leading cause of Norovirus outbreaks, and because it is a new strain, it is easy to contract because no one has any immunity to it. A Norovirus is basically what you might call the stomach flu or even food poisoning. It is generally transmitted because people don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom. According to the CDC, it is very contagious and can infect anyone, but certain groups of people are at increased risk for contracting…

[ PIC 26/01/2013 – 02:37 PM ]

images_News_2013_01_26_refugees-0_300_0[1]BEIRUT, (PIC)– Dozens of Palestinian refugees who fled the Syrian internal war rallied on Friday morning outside the headquarters of UNRWA in Lebanon at the invitation of the Hamas Movement to demand it to support them more actively.

During the sit-in, Hamas representative in Lebanon Ali Baraka called on UNRWA, the international community and the Palestinian factions to hasten to provide assistance to the Palestinian evacuees from the Syrian refugee camps.

Baraka urged UNRWA, in particular, to provide better humanitarian aid to the Palestinian evacuees of Syria than its 40 dollars which it had decided to give for each refugee for only one time, stressing that the refugees need to live a decent life in Lebanon.

The Hamas official also thanked the Lebanese government for allowing the Palestinian refugees of Syria to live temporarily in Lebanon until their return to their homes and…

http://independentsciencenews.org/commentaries/regulators-discover-a-hidden-viral-gene-in-commercial-gmo-crops/ by Jonathan Latham and Allison Wilson How should a regulatory agency announce they have discovered something potentially very important about the safety of products they have been approving for over twenty years? In the course of analysis to identify potential allergens in GMO crops, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has belatedly discovered that the most common genetic regulatory sequence in commercial GMOs also encodes a significant fragment of a viral gene (Podevin and du Jardin 2012). This finding has serious ramifications for crop biotechnology and its regulation, but possibly even greater ones for consumers and farmers. This is because there are clear indications that this viral gene (called Gene VI) might not be safe for human consumption. It also may disturb the normal functioning of crops, including their natural pest resistance. Read the full report via independent science news
