Hidden Agendas

It has occurred as I thought it might, but hoped it wouldn’t. I am afraid that Users who have uploaded the 5 day “Citizens Hearing” on YouTube, have been forced to remove their uploads on the proceedings.  Thus, as a consequence, access to the footage of these  proceedings is now minimal and soon, I fear, will be a flat zero. This is wrong, this lack of access to what affects each and everyone of us should not be in place . All I can do is to apologize, on my own behalf, and to say that I did my very best to get the information out there – to you. David Ellis…

The Extinction Protocol

May 5, 2013ALASKAScientists say Alaska’s Cleveland Volcano is undergoing a continuous low-level eruption. The activity began with an explosion early Saturday morning, followed by two other explosions hours later. The Alaska Volcano Observatory and U.S. Geological Survey say satellites and cameras suggest low-level emissions of gas, steam and a small amount of ash. Satellites detected highly elevated surface temperatures at the summit. The Federal Aviation Administration said there are no flight restrictions as a result. The volcano in the Aleutian Islands is 940 miles southwest of Anchorage. Its most recent significant eruption began in February 2001 and featured three explosive events that sent ash clouds as high 39,000 feet above sea level. It also produced a rubbly lava flow and hot avalanche that reached the sea. –ABC News

Spanish people are giving life to many schools which have been abandoned for years, forsaken factories, foreclosed and empty buildings and many more places.

The local citizens of Madrid refurbish these abandoned places to express themselves, to fight, to manage the struggle, create new possibilities for the residents and carry out various projects.

They create these spaces to use as social centers, to held social workshops, cultural programs, classes and assembly meetings and also provide services to fellow citizens.

This, as the Spanish society is struggling with double-dip recession, fierce austerity measures and 26% unemployment can create a great refuge for the citizens and social activists.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Sources disclosed on Sunday that Israel has used depleted uranium in its recent missile attacks on a suburban Damascus area.

The first missile which hit Jamraya near al-Haviyeh in Reef (outskirts of) Damascus contained uranium substances, a correspondent of the Russian TV quoted some local sources as saying.

Other media outlets had also earlier released similar reports on Israel’s use of radioactive materials in attacks on Syria.

Explosions shook Damascus early on Sunday and Syrian state television said Israeli rockets had struck a military research center on the outskirts of the capital.

The blasts occurred a day after an Israeli official said Tel Aviv had carried out an air strike targeting a consignment of missiles in Syria. The research center hit on Sunday was also targeted by Israel in January.

“The new Israeli attack is an attempt to raise the morale of the terrorist groups which…

The Israeli army is reportedly preparing to launch another all-out war against the besieged Gaza Strip in a bid to eliminate Hamas resistance movement.

According to Israeli Walla website, the Israeli army is preparing to launch the Operation Pillar of Defense II against Gaza to stop rocket attacks from the Palestinian territory despite a significant decrease in their number.

The Israeli website said since the Israeli regime does not have confidence in the current peace in the southern part of Israel, it wants to launch another military offensive in Gaza to destroy Hamas military infrastructure.

It also added that the Israeli army will deploy more troops in the future war to prevent Hamas response.

Walla said Israel is determined to attack Gaza again since…

New Israeli Airstrikes Hit Syria’s Damascus

Al Manar

Damascus woke up early on Sunday as a wave of blasts rocked its countryside, with the Syrian sources stressing the attacks were Israeli raids.

Syrian media reported that the airstrikes targeted the Jamraya military research center in the Eastern Ghouta region.

The attack is the Zionist entity’s second this week against targets inside Syria and also its second this year on the Jamraya facility, following a January 30 raid.

Tel Aviv confirmed that its warplanes had hit a “game-changing” target in Syria on Friday.

“The new Israeli attack is an attempt to raise the morale of the terrorist groups which have been reeling from strikes by our noble army,” the Syrian state television said.

The Israeli attack “aims at loosening the noose around the terrorists in the eastern Ghouta” region, near Damascus, the state television added.

For its part, the Syrian opposition…

A court in Bahrain has sentenced 31 anti-regime protesters to 15 years behind bars after convicting them of attacking a police patrol in the village of Sitra.

The group was charged with attempted murder and setting a police car ablaze, in addition to rioting and possessing petrol bombs, their lawyers, who requested anonymity, said on Sunday.

The defendants, however, have denied the charges and said they had been tortured into making confessions, AFP reported.

Bahrain has handed long jail terms to anti-regime protesters as part of its crackdown on protests since the beginning of demonstrations in the Persian Gulf country.

A military court in 2011 sentenced prominent human rights activist Abdulhadi al-Khawaja and opposition leader Hassan Mushaima to life imprisonment for participating in demonstrations against the ruling Al Khalifa dynasty. A civilian court upheld the sentences in September 2012.

[ PIC 05/05/2013 – 09:53 PM ]

images_News_2013_05_05_demolish_300_0[1]NAZARETH, (PIC)– Israeli authorities demolished a Palestinian home in Arraba town to the north of Palestine occupied in 1948 on Sunday at the pretext it was built without permit.

Palestinian sources said that a big number of police forces escorted bulldozers that razed the building, which was under construction, in Wadi Hussein.

They said that the demolition took place without prior notice, Noor Lahwani, the son of the house owner, said, adding that his family filed a complaint with the Israeli police as it did not receive any demolition notification from the Israeli organization and construction committee.

The sources warned of an Israeli scheme to knock down dozens of Palestinian houses in the same area for lack of construction permits.

After two air strikes inside Syria in the space of three days, Israel remains intent on targeting advanced weapons there before they can be transferred to Hizballah in Lebanon, Israeli military officials tell TIME. “It’s not over,” says one senior officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity because Israel has not officially acknowledged either of the strikes. “This is not the last incident.”

The savage civil war inside Syria has both emboldened Israel to act against existing threats and created new ones. Officials are concerned that as the Syrian state devolves into chaos, sophisticated weapons not previously available to Hizballah will make their way across the border to Lebanon, altering the military equation between Israel and the well-armed Shi‘ite militia sponsored by Iran and aided by the Syrian government.

One such weapon is the Fateh-110 missile, which Israel targeted in warehouses at Damascus International Airport on Thursday night and at the sprawling…

The US feigns disassociation with Hitlerian act of Israeli aggression – as was planned since 2007.

Image: The West has carefully cultivated Israel into “regional bully.” Immune from international condemnation, it is now being used to commit egregious war crimes against neighboring Syria, in hopes of provoking a retaliation and giving the US and its regional axis the justification it has long sought to militarily intervene.

May 5, 2013 (LD) – Unprovoked, Israel has attacked Syria numerous times over the past 2 days, including attacks on the Syrian capital of Damascus, in what appears to be a series of intentional provocations designed to drag the region into a wider conflict its US sponsors can then enter militarily. Neither attacked directly by Syria, nor able to cite credible evidence in regards to perceived threats Israel claims to be reacting to, the assault on Syria…

Israel used “a new type of weapon”, a senior official at the Syrian military facility that came under attack from the Israeli Air Force told RT.

“When the explosion happened it felt like an earthquake,” said the source, who was present near the attack site on the outskirts of Damascus on Sunday morning.

“Then a giant golden mushroom of fire appeared. This tells us that Israel used depleted uranium shells.”

Depleted uranium is a by-product of the uranium enrichment process that creates nuclear weapons, and was first used by the US in the Gulf conflict of 1991. Unlike the radioactive materials used in nuclear weapons, depleted uranium is not valued for its explosiveness, but for…

A failed coup in the North African country of Chad this week is just another repercussion from the wave of Western state-sponsored violence and destabilization, stretching from Central Asia, through the Middle East and across Africa.

The Chadian regime of President Idriss Deby said it had thwarted a coup attempt after it arrested an unknown number of army personnel and at least one opposition politician.
