Around a 1000 Palestinians living in Bedouin communes and residents of Al-Maleh area in the northern Plaines of the occupied West Bank started leaving their homes and tents after receiving military orders from the Israeli army informing them that the soldiers will be conducting drills using live ammunition.

Aref Daraghma, head of the village council of Al-Maleh area and the Bedouin tribes, stated that around a 1000 residents started leaving their lands in order to avoid harm, and to avoid clashes with the soldiers who intend to remove them by force if they do not leave.

Daraghma added that the residents fear that the Israeli military training will cause destruction of their lands and property, and that the soldiers would even prevent them from returning to their lands and homes.

“They are in a tough situation right now”…

Israeli regime decides to displace hundreds of Jordan Valley Bedouins

JORDAN VALLEY, (PIC)– The Israeli occupation regime decided on Monday to displace about 1, 000 Palestinian Bedouins in the Jordan Valley area from their homes.

Head of the Bedouin communities council in the Jordan Valley Aref Daraghmeh said the evacuation orders had been delivered by hand to the Bedouin residents in Wadi Maleh area in the Jordan Valley and its nearby areas.

Daraghmeh added that this Israeli decision was seriously and premeditatedly taken and the targeted Bedouin families have only until next Wednesday to leave their homes.

The Israeli army had targeted these Bedouin communities many times before and destroyed their hamlets at the pretext of military drills.

In this regard, Palestinian lawmaker Ali Romanin strongly denounced the Israeli military decision to expel hundreds of Bedouin families from their residential areas in the Jordan valley.

Romanin said in…

A Precarious Existence in the Jordan Valley

by IRIN – Al-Jiftlik, West Bank, source

For those who recently watched images of the Israeli bombardment in Gaza, the wide open hills of the Jordan Valley in the West Bank appear as a stark contrast.

Flocks of sheep accompanied by their herders cross the hillsides, home to some of the most fertile land in all of the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and unrivalled even in Israel.

And yet despite the abundant land and resources, Palestinians living in the Valley are some of the poorest in oPt, lacking even the most basic infrastructure.

The Jordan Valley is marked by a patchwork of zones in which Palestinians are allowed to live, which leave little room for maneuver.

“These restrictions have removed their ability to be self-sustaining. They are in an artificial humanitarian crisis; they have the capacity, the training, the education, but because of…

Just 2 pictures that show the reality of difference in warfare and power between Hamas and Israel. Take a look at the difference in damage. A building still intact albeit structurally damaged, it is repairable or able to be knocked down and rebuilt vs a complete crater (in a residential zone also) that now requires major earthworks that will never be done due to the blockade and occuption. C’mon Please, reality speaks for itself.

The occupation and genocide continuing in Palestine by the hands of the Israeli government (and supported/financed by Western countries including my own (SHAME)) is in breach human rights charters and international law, Israel (& financiers) must be held accountable. Palestine has the right to defend and resist occupation, just as the Native Americans, Indigenous Australians, Peruvians, Brazilians, Tibetan and many other indiginous peoples around the world have done in the past and continue to do so today. This world needs a real kick up the arse.

Reality of Occupation, the diminished lands of Palestine.

Reality Speaks for itself:

14th November 2012 | International Solidarity Movement, Gaza Strip

Dear All. I am calling on all your support for the besieged people of the Gaza Strip.

Here in Gaza, more than 10 people have been killed so far in the Israeli operation named “Pillar of Defence” within the last 7 hours, including countless children such as 7-year-old child Ranan Arafat and an 11 month old baby. We’ve seen charred bodies of dead and injured children pouring in to Al Shifa hospital of Gaza City and the other depleted hospitals around the Gaza Strip. 50 airstrikes all over the Gaza Strip so far. Deafening explosions shook us all as bombs landed close to us in the streets near the Universities. Huge explosions are landing all around us in Gaza City now as I write, some entire families have been injured. We can also hear the shelling of Israeli Gunships. Announcement of…

Greetings World

For too long, Anonymous has stood by with the rest of the world and watched in despair at the barbaric, brutal and despicable treatment of the Palestinian people in the so called “Occupied Territories” by the Israeli Defense Force.

Or as some call it, the largest open air prison in the world

Like so many around the globe, we have felt helpless in the face of such implacable evil.

The insane attack and subsequent threatened invasion of Gaza was more of the same terror and threats the world has seen for generations

When the government of Israel publicly threatened to sever all Internet and other telecommunications into and out of Gaza they crossed a line in the sand.

As the former dictator of Egypt Mubarack learned the hard way – we are ANONYMOUS and NO ONE shuts down the Internet on our watch.

To the government of Israel we issue you this warning only once.

Do NOT shut down the Internet into the “Occupied Territories”, and cease and desist from your terror upon the innocent people of Palestine or you will know the full and unbridled wrath of Anonymous.

And like all the other evil governments that have faced our rage, you will NOT survive it unscathed.

To the people of Gaza and the “Occupied Territories”, know that Anonymous stands with you in this fight.

We will do everything in our power to hinder the evil forces of the IDF arrayed against you.

We will use all our resources to make certain you stay connected to the Internet and remain able to transmit your experiences to the world.

As a start, we have put together the Anonymous Gaza Care Package which contains instructions in Arabic and English that can aid you in the event the Israel government makes good on it’s threat to attempt to sever your Internet connection.

It also contains useful information on evading IDF surveillance, and some basic first aid and other useful information.

We will continue to expand and improve this document in the coming days, and we will transmit it to you by every means at our disposal.

We encourage you to download this package, and to share it with your fellow Palestinians to the best of your ability.

We will be with you.

No matter how dark it may seem, no matter how alone and abandoned you may feel – know that tens of thousands of us in Anonymous are with you and working tirelessly around the clock to bring you every aid and assistance that we can.

We Are Anonymous

We Are Everywhere

We Are Legion

We Do Not Forgive

We Do Not Forget

To the oppressors of the innocent Palestinian people, it is to late to EXPECT us

Breaking Truce, Israeli Strikes Kill “Moderate” Hamas Military Chief, Palestinian Civilians in Gaza

Israel is threatening to launch a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip after breaking an informal ceasefire with an ongoing series of deadly attacks. At least 13 Palestinian civilians have been killed, including a baby and a mother pregnant with twins, in addition to more than 100 wounded. Israel says it has launched the strikes to prevent Palestinian rocket fire, but the latest round of violence began last week when Israeli troops killed a young boy in Gaza. The situation has escalated since Saturday, when Palestinian militants fired at an Israeli military vehicle near the Israel-Gaza border. After Palestinian militant groups agreed to an informal truce on Monday, Israel broke two days of quiet with Wednesday’s attack. Israel’s attack on Gaza marks its largest since the U.S.-backed operation that killed more than 1,300 Palestinians…

Tuesday November 13, 2012 01:50 by Saed Bannoura – IMEMC News

A group of right-wing Israeli settlers tried to set fire to a Palestinian home near Bethlehem Sunday night, and spraypainted racist graffiti on the home and nearby structures.

‘Kill all Arabs’ graffiti (IMEMC archive photo)

The graffiti included ‘Death to Arabs’, which has become a rallying cry in recent years for the right-wing settler movement, whose state objective is to rid the West Bank of its indigenous Palestinian inhabitants and take over their land to annex it to Israel.

The incident took place at around 2:30 am, Monday morning, in the village of al-Manshiya southeast of Bethlehem.

According to reports from local sources, the settlers poured gasoline on the home of Younis Abu Dayyeh in the village, and spraypainted racist slogans, then tried to light the gasoline on fire. They were chased out by the villagers before they managed…

[ PIC 13/11/2012 – 01:09 PM ]

CAIRO/RAFAH, (PIC)– The Undersecretary of the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf, Dr. Jamal Abdul Sattar, said that the breaking of the siege on the Gaza strip is an Islamic duty.

“Islam does not accept in any way that we live in luxury while our brothers are suffering disease, siege and hunger,” he said.

Abdul Sattar said, in a statement concerning the Egyptian convoy that visited the Gaza Strip recently, that the convoy was warmly welcomed by the people of Gaza, where the convoy’s members had met with all Palestinian factions and the Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh.

Abdul Sattar said that the Egyptian security is related to the Gazan security, “Islam does not even accept to sleep full when our neighbors are hungry,” he stated.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Egyptian intellectuals has visited, on Monday evening, the Gaza Strip, to break the siege on…

[ PIC 13/11/2012 – 07:06 PM ]

GAZA, (PIC)– The government of Ismail Haneyya has called on the Arab countries to adopt serious and important stands vis-à-vis the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The government said in a letter to Arab countries on Tuesday that Arab information ministers should assume their role in defending the Palestinian people and adopting serious stands toward the Israeli aggression.

It said that the Israeli occupation had crossed all red lines in its aggression on the Palestinian people for decades before the very eyes of the world community without any deterrence.

It said that the Israeli artillery shelling of civilians extending condolences to a family east of Gaza city on Saturday was a crime against humanity and a serious breach of the international humanitarian law.

The government said that the Israeli attempt to “export its internal crisis” and exploit “Palestinian blood for election…

Local sources told the PIC reporter that Israeli warplanes fired a missile at Ghul area to the north of Gaza causing big material damage to the agriculture land but no casualties.

Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis and the terrorists from Al Qaeda Levant or as some western mainstream media like to call them: the Free Syrian Army, use mosques to store weapons, position snipers, launch attacks from, plot inside, organize gatherings and then booby trap when they feel surrounded and blow the mosque just to accuse the Syrian Army of attacking mosques knowing that many masses of Muslims would become furious just like what we witnessed with the stupid films and cartoons already.
This is one of the first clips we managed to obtain of them filming it to please their clerics abroad and show their ‘heroic’ acts. One of the Wahhabi clerics last year asked them to blow up mosques if it helps demonize the Syrian Army.

Mitchell Plitnick Blog | Nov 10, 2012

Pasted below is the full text, as it currently stands, of the resolution the Palestinian Authority is planning to bring to the UN General Assembly, apparently on November 29.

The resolution is extremely mild, calling for the State of Palestine to be accorded the same status in the GA as the Vatican has. It also calls for a two-state solution, the resumption of talks based on the relevant resolutions and past negotiations, and for the Security Council to consider “favorably” the application for full membership submitted last year.

None of this can be considered radical or extremist, and most of it is obviously necessary if there is to be any progress toward any resolution. While it can be argued that the two-state solution has already passed the point where it can be reasonably implemented, this remains the stated goal of the US, EU…

Israeli occupation forces used Hyundai and Caterpillar equipment to demolish Palestinian buildings and cisterns in the villages of al-Deirat and Jawaya in the south Hebron Hills area of the occupied West Bank on Tuesday.

This is an area of intense Israeli settlement activity, where some villages, such as Susya, have been ordered totally destroyed by the occupation forces.

Video shot by Operation Dove (website) shows bulldozers, accompanied by Israeli occupation forces, carrying out demolitions of a two storey home belonging to Mohammad Musa Mohammad Abu Aram, and a rainwater cistern belonging to Mahmud Ahmed Nasser Nawaja, as distraught villagers watched.

Both Caterpillar and Hyundai have come under intense pressure, and Caterpillar in particular is the target of a broad divestment campaign, because of complicity in Israeli human rights abuses.

Israel had demolished 476 Palestinian owned structures in the occupied West Bank in 2012, as of September’s…
